We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our City & Guilds Kineo (CGK) family and help us deliver great elearning solutions to our clients.

CGK is a global workplace learning company that helps businesses improve their performance through learning and technology. With support, it will be your job to help ensure that our clients’ projects are delivered to quality standards, on time and within budget.

About the Role

This position sits within the Learning Content team, which looks after the development and delivery of our elearning solutions. You’ll be joining a talented team, with a strong focus on quality and customer service, and will also be working very closely with our wide range of high profile clients such as Barclays, Nationwide Building Society, Pernod-Ricard, Nespresso, BBC, Diageo, John Lewis Partnership, Waitrose, Network Rail, TUI, The list goes on!

You will take the lead on a number of projects. You’ll ensure they are resourced appropriately and perform to quality and customer satisfaction targets, as well as being on time and on budget. Reporting to the Projects Director, you will be working with a varied and passionate team offering you training, coaching and support. You will enjoy the exhilaration of keeping a number of balls in the air, with the satisfaction of delivering great service to our customers.  

About you

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and client facing skills, with the ability to motivate and lead your project team. You’ll be great at attention to detail, good at listening and interpreting our clients’ needs, whilst remaining flexible and calm under pressure. If you thrive in a fast moving environment, and enjoy working with a great team, then this job is for you.

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience as a project manager in the design and development of elearning or digital products – preferably for a range of different organisations.
  • Proven ability to organise and manage the work of others, working as an effective team leader.
  • Self-managing and capable of managing a number of projects profitably, and organising resources accordingly.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage projects successfully within budget and deliver on time.
  • Great written and verbal communications with our clients and project teams.
  • Strong IT capabilities in range of MS Office applications (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our City & Guilds Kineo (CGK) family and help us deliver great elearning solutions to our clients.

CGK is a global workplace learning company that helps businesses improve their performance though learning and technology. It will be your job to help ensure that our clients projects are delivered to quality standards, on time and within budget and to lead our project teams and support our Solutions Consultants with account management.

About the Role

This position sits within the Learning Content team, which looks after the development and delivery of our elearning solutions. You’ll be joining a talented team, with a strong focus on quality and customer service, and will also be working very closely with our wide range of high profile clients such as Mott MacDonald, Heineken, John Lewis Partnership, Xerox, Serco, TUI, PepsiCo, the list goes on!

You’ll work with the other project managers in the team to work effectively and efficiently to deliver our portfolio of projects. You’ll have the opportunity to line manage individuals and work with them on their personal development and business objectives. Where necessary you will deputise for the Projects Director.

  • Commercial: proven ability to manage large projects and programmes successfully within budget and deliver on time
  • Communication skills: great written and verbal communications with our clients and project teams
  • Strong IT capabilities in range of MS Office applications (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
