We’re looking for an experienced content marketer to head up our expanding global marketing team.  This newly created role is responsible for ensuring that the people we want to work with can’t help but hear about us, love us and want to work with us!

A huge part of our success to date has been through our presence and voice in the market, and the challenge to you is to make it an even greater success. We’re on a bigger stage now. Our voice needs to be maintained and amplified.

You’ll be the champion for the brand’s profile and positioning across the UK and internationally and be responsible for ensuring that we create compelling content that sparks interest and delight in clients, prospects and key communities. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and talented Senior Technical Consultant to join our Client Services team.

As a Senior Technical Consultant (Client Services team), you’ll act as a key escalation point for our team of Application and DevOps Engineers, ensuring complex technical questions and code bugs are resolved as quickly as possible. You’ll work directly with our clients to fix, secure and optimise production code, amend complex functionality and provide expert help and advice. You’ll do this with a constant focus on positive business outcomes, efficiency, continuous improvement and collaborative cross-team communication.

Working with a friendly and supportive team in close collaboration with the Sales, Learning Content and Learning Platforms team, you’ll need to be charismatic with an outwards-focused working style.

With a strong commercial focus, love of multi-tasking and the ability to remain calm under pressure, you’ll be comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.

We’re looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done Project Coordinator to support our project managers as maternity cover in the learning content (elearning) team in Brighton.

You'll be working with our project teams providing administrative and other support to deliver elearning solutions that meet our clients' requirements, budgets and timelines.

As well as ensuring the budgets and schedules are accurately maintained, you’ll also manage the workflow of tasks between the members of the team; ensure all key stages of the project and project communications are properly documented; organise the logistics of photo shoots and audio recordings; support translations and generally ensure good housekeeping and compliance with our ISO quality standards.

You’ll need to be a great communicator, well organised, and able to juggle concurrent projects competently. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working on media or technology-based projects, or even elearning.

We are looking for a highly creative, self-starting professional who can be a great motivator to the team and role model for excellence. 

As Art Director, you will set the creative direction on solutions for proposals and pitches for learning content (elearning and blended learning) and platforms (LMSs), supporting win rate targets and ensuring projects are won with the best chance of achieving the client’s and CG Kineo’s objectives.

This role sits within the Sales & Marketing team, on the front line of the business, dealing with clients and acting as the face and voice of the company.

Successful applicants will have proven graphic design experience in a digital medium and in a commercial and corporate context. You’ll also be experienced in taking and delivering briefs and creating concepts at a high level consistently across a multitude of applications, and seeing a project through to final delivery.

You will be both confident and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive by using your experience and knowledge and working with other disciplines to reach a common goal.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised project manager to join our Brighton-based MLS (Managed Learning Service) team. MLS helps employers manage apprenticeships in an efficient and innovative way, making the best use of learning technology to create a better experience and better results.

Working closely with clients such as Compass Group and Tesco, you’ll manage a number of projects ensuring they perform to margin, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. You will also support the MLS Programme Manager and the platform development team.

You’ll need excellent planning, problem solving and time management skills and be comfortable working with technology.

Successful applicants will have experience of the following: 

  • Managing client-facing projects with budgets over £50k
  • Setting tasks and timeframes for people in a multi-discipline team
  • Monitoring and being accountable for the budget on projects
  • Managing multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously
