Sarah Austin, Head of Learning Platforms

Sarah heads Kineo's learning platforms team and is responsible for managing all aspects of the development and delivery of our LMS and learning portal projects. She joined Kineo in 2010 and has wide commercial experience in design and project management of LMSs, websites and content management systems.

Virginia Barder, Global Production Director

Virginia is a well–known and highly experienced figure in the UK elearning industry with over 25 years of experience in the sector. Virginia heads up Kineo's learning content division, responsible for the creation of elearning and other online and blended learning content. She is also responsible for aligning Kineo's global ways of working. Virginia brings a wealth of skill and experience to the team with a track record of establishing and supporting new lines of business.

Rodrigo Bolaños, Managing Director, Kineo Latin America

Rodrigo is the Managing Director of Kineo Latam. Based in Buenos Aires, he has over 15 years’ working with clients to improve business performance through the use of technology and has extensive experience in consulting, finance, operations, learning and technology.

Stuart Chadwick, Global Solutions Director

Stuart has been developing engaging learning technology solutions since the late 90s. He is an experienced learning and systems design consultant and has worked on multiple award winning projects for the likes of the MOD, Compass and Nikon. As Global Solutions Director, Stuart has responsibility for coordinating Kineo’s UK and global solutions teams to support our clients worldwide.

Bengt Gustafsson, Managing Director, Kineo Sweden

Bengt has more than 13 years’ experience in elearning industry. He ensures that customers are satisfied from start to result in a project. Bengt has experience from global organisations both internal and via sales and support channels.

Tim Jameson, Head of Client Services

Tim is responsible for leading the company's Client Services and Managed Learning Service teams, including development, implementation, hosting and support of City & Guilds' online apprenticeship platform (PIVOT).

Tim began his career working in Product Design, before moving into commercial photography and sound engineering. In 2004 he founded his own New Media business and dedicated the ensuing years to front–end systems design/development, usability/accessibility, system administration and training. Tim joined Kineo in 2010.

Hertzel Kuriel, Managing Director, Kineo Israel

Hertzel is Kineo Israel's founder and managing partner. Hertzel is responsible for the overall management of Kineo Israel and is fanatical about quality service and client experience. Hertzel has more than 12 years of experience as an executive in elearning, product management and project management.

Matt Johnson, Global Managing Director

Matt is responsible for strategic, commercial and operational aspects of Kineo in the UK, US, Asia Pacific and South Africa. He is a member of the City & Guilds Group Management Board, Executive Director of e3Learning and is a Trustee of Learn Appeal, the elearning industry charity. Over the last 16 years, Matt has been at the forefront of digital change – from identifying shifting customer patterns and understanding applications of technology to developing award-winning online products. Matt describes himself as a lifelong learner and educator.

Steve has over 15 years' experience in learning technologies in consultancy, sales and management roles. He's a regular speaker at US conferences and events on trends in LMS, elearning and technology.

Jenny Lycett, Marketing Director

Kineo's UK-based Marketing Director has over 18 years' digital marketing experience. Jenny joined Kineo in 2015 after four years in marketing roles within the wider City & Guilds Group. She has worked in the skills and education sector since 2005, responsible for web development, brand management and social media community building.

Stephen Oliver, Chief Financial Officer

Stephen joined the team in 2010 and oversees all financial, commercial and operations activities. A chartered accountant with extensive operations and finance experience, Stephen ensures we have the resources and systems in place to deliver to clients.

Nolen Smith, Managing Director, Kineo APAC

Nolen is the Managing Director of Kineo Pacific. Based in Wellington, Nolen has over 10 years' experience in elearning and founded Flexible Learning Network in 2006 before it became Kineo Pacific in 2010.
