The Kineo Asia-Pacific team will be hitting the road on 6th September and heading to Sofitel in Sydney to attend the LearnX Summit & Awards show.
September 6th will mark Kineo's sixth consecutive year sponsoring the LearnX Conference, and fourth as co-hosts alongside the LearnX Foundation. The conference and awards show brings together the very best in learning and development and celebrates its achievements within the last year.
This year’s focus is all about recognising talent that pushes the boundaries within the industry. It’s about shining a spotlight on the tools and talents that inspire and engage people in ways to work better.
Kineo’s Global Managing Director, Matt Johnson, will be opening the show with his key note session.
How can the right culture contribute to business growth?
Matt will be discussing what it takes to create a great learning culture within your business and how learning and development teams play a key part in that. Using recent research as well as his own experiences as a business leader, Matt will explore how to sow the seeds of a great learning culture that will allow your teams to flourish.
