This month, Stephen Walsh interviewed Emma Goss of the Improvement and Development Agency about Learning Pool, the IDeA's e-learning service for local authorities and councils.
Emma Goss is programme manager for Learning Pool. It's a great service which provides e-learning resources, support and collaboration tools for local government. Emma had lots to say about how collaboration works, and what the private sector could learn from the public sector about sharing resources and pooling purchasing power.
