Jay Cross is founder of the Internet Time Group and has been a powerful speaker on all matters e-learning since, well, since he invented the term. Now he's looking beyond just e-learning to informal learning. Jay's new book on informal learning will be published in the autumn, check his informal learning blog for more details. Stephen Walsh spoke to him earlier this month to find out where it was heading from his perspective.
