We're going to be at the Employee Engagement Summit in London on Thursday 14th April and have published an article on the EES website to get the discussions and ideas rolling.
What is it?
A day chock full of talks and panel discussions from a fantastic line up industry champions, learning and development heads, and engagement and HR consultants – all with a focus on how taking a holistic view to employees and their engagement can enrichen end customer experience and business success - as well as employees' work-lives of course!.
Rory will be on a discussion panel, at 5pm in Hall 1, asking key questions relating to our Insights Report.
The L&D angle?
Learning and personal development is a key part to employee engagement.
"Learning opportunities are among the largest drivers of employee engagement and strong workplace culture – they are part of the entire employee value proposition, not merely a way to build skills." - Deloitte: Global Human Capital Trends.
Our Insights Report highlights just how rapidly workforces and the technologies they are using are changing. How can L&D keep up with the changes to reach out and (re)connect with its shifting audiences, and provide learning and performance tools in a way that fosters a future-thinking, socially networked learning culture?
We're proud to have our article published on the summit website: 7 ways L&D can foster employee engagement, which sheds light on what can be done to join up the dots between learning, people, and their engagement levels.
If you're coming to the Summit – we look forward to seeing you, and joining in some rich discussion around our own, and others' questions. See you there!
