San Jose will be the place to be come early February (well, any time of the year, it’s pretty sweet). Join Kineo on the stand for ASTD’s Upcoming TechKnowledge 2011 (TK11) happening February 2-4 in San Jose, CA. Here we give a quick rundown of what to expect.
This year's conference is focused on the theme of Define, Design, and Deliver. With hundreds and hundreds of eLearning projects under the Kineo belt, we know a few things about that and we'd love to share our knowledge with you.
If you're at the conference, either as a full conference attendee or an Expo only, be sure to hunt us down at any of these spots:
At the booth
Stop by booth #403 for clever conversation, eLearning demos and a look at the new open source corporate LMS Totara.
Check out one of our sessions
Of course, if you're at TK11, you're there to learn , so come learn with us!
Cammy Bean will be hosting a session on Using Scenarios to Create More Engaging eLearning (Wednesday @ 1:30), while Steve Lowenthal leads a session on Open Source: Turning the LMS Market on its head? (Thursday @ 11:00) where we'll introduce Totara to the US Market.
"Chatting it up, at the Cammy Bean Talk Show"
We think most of the conference action this year is going to be happening at TK Chats. A live talk show hosted by Kineo's Cammy Bean and Write Technology's Michelle Lentz, it's the kind of show where you just sit on the sofas and talk to some of the best minds in the business about the hottest topics in eLearning. Like Friends. But with fewer Tom Selleck appearances.
Shows are scheduled throughout the conference and will be happening right on the Expo floor. Stop by and partake in such juicy conversations as Visual Design with guests, Connie Malamed and Articulate's David Anderson and Tom Kuhlman or the future of SCORM where we'll hear the latest from Advanced Distributed Learning's (ADL) Community Manager Aaron Silvers.
You can find the full TK Chats calendar on the ASTD website
We'll see you soon, in San Jose. You know the way.
