New Plugins and Functionality Released to Adapt Learning Open Source Code [WEBINAR RECORDING]

Adapt Learning is an open source, responsive elearning development framework. Since its release to the open source community by City & Guilds Kineo in September 2013, it has gone from strength to strength, and now has over 90 contributors located across the globe.

As the project continues to gain momentum, we’re pleased to announce the release of a range of new components and plugins to the open source community, all of which were showcased in a live webinar recently.

In it, Paul Welch, Director of Learning Technology Innovation, demonstrated around 20 new components and plugins in action, including:

  • A host of new presentation and question components
  • A selection of new menus
  • A variety of powerful extensions such as search, bookmarking and in-page navigation

There was a particular interest in several plugins including Hot Spot Menus, Article Reveal and Advanced Assessment. See them all in action via the recording below, and keep an eye on CG Kineo’s YouTube channel for additional updates and live demos.

The video was very interesting. Have these plug-ins now been released/open-sourced? If so, where are they available? I'd love to take a look.
