The City & Guilds Group, the global leader in skills education, has appointed Matthew Johnson as the Managing Director of City & Guilds Kineo. Matthew will lead the Group’s global services for employers, helping more than 200 businesses develop skilled workforces across the world.

Prior to this appointment, Matthew managed his own consultancy business, eMAJ Associates, and also held several senior strategy and commercial development roles at Reed Elsevier. He has lived and worked in six countries within North America, Europe and Asia.
Steve Rayson, a founder of Kineo and outgoing Managing Director, is taking on a new role within the City & Guilds Group.
