Kineo, the leading learning technology company, announced strong growth in the first six months of 2012.
On the back of record sales last year, Kineo has today announced that sales orders grew by over 25% in the first six months of the current financial year (March to August 2012) against the same period last year.
Kineo has invested in core learning technologies, such as its Totara LMS platform and in its new Adapt responsive elearning approach, which creates a single version of elearning content that works on all devices; from tablets to smartphones to desktops. Kineo has also invested in core customer service areas such as its support desk with growing teams in the UK and the US. Kineo now supports over 100 learning platform implementations for its clients including Tesco, Sony Europe and the Ministry of Justice.
The result of this investment has been continued profitable growth. Kineo has now grown by 20% or more every year since the company was formed. Kineo has also been rewarded with numerous awards - most recently, in 2012, a Brandon Hall Gold Award for its compliance elearning - and has been shortlisted for seven awards at this year’s ELearning Awards for work with clients including Nikon, The Co-operative, Warner Bros., and McDonald's UK.
Stephen Walsh, Kineo Client Service Director commented: “We really value the ongoing relationships we build with our clients and are delighted that we have been able to expand our services and continue to increase sales during the first six months. These six months include the traditionally quieter months of July and August, so we are ahead of target. Our investments in new technologies have resulted in a number of exciting innovations such as responsive elearning which enables our clients to deliver a single version of their elearning content on all devices.”
Matt Fox, Kineo Director responsible for staff development commented: “We have created over 120 jobs in our UK offices since we started in late 2005 and now have offices in 8 countries. We are particularly proud of our graduate scheme which we have been running for a number of years. We have recruited some of the brightest and the best people in the industry. Their passion and enthusiasm for learning, for innovation and for customer service is one of the key forces that will drive us forward over the coming years.”
