Global elearning services company Kineo, will be presenting informational sessions at the 2013 AITD National Conference on April 10-11 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
These sessions will include guest speakers demonstrating key strategies on building elearning solutions for the healthcare sector, as well as multi-device learning and emerging elearning technologies.
Kineo’s work with the Ministry of Health New Zealand will be a highlighted case study in the Concurrent Technology and Resources Workshop. Miranda Welch, Director of Amapur Consulting, has worked extensively with the Ministry of Health on their elearning initiatives, and has partnered with Kineo Pacific on the Ministry of Health’s latest elearning venture. She will be leading the workshop on the best criteria for successful elearning solutions in the healthcare sector. Based on Miranda’s experience in the industry, she will explore how to engage with learners by taking elearning beyond the traditional boundaries of an organization, by creating effective strategy, funding, governance, security issues, maintenance, and resources and will reveal the criteria for success.
Delegates will also have the chance to join the discussion with Kineo staff members Ira Felinski, Learning Technologies Consultant and Souraya Khoury, elearning Solutions Manager, who will be leading the conversation in the theatre room on both days of the conference. Souraya will be presenting about designing and delivering responsive elearning in the multi-device world we now live in. Ira, who heads up Kineo’s Totara LMS implementation and support services in Australia, will be presenting insights about emerging elearning technologies and the advantages of open source software and how organizations could benefit substantially. Delegates are encouraged to bring any questions to the forums lead by Ira and Souraya.
Zack Harvey, Business Development Manager, Australia, “Kineo is always on the cutting edge of leading technological innovation and the 3 sessions at the 2013 AITD Conference that feature Kineo, represent this. Our latest responsive elearning design technology makes learning more accessible across multiple devices. Totara LMS – a corporate distribution of Moodle, can bring significant savings and increased impact to an organization’s learning management. Or even the support we have provided in the sector-wide implementation of online learning to the Ministry of Health across New Zealand; our fresh approach to learning and technology is always apparent. And of course, we believe you are what you share so we love sharing our latest insights and experience with fellow industry professionals at events like the AITD National Conference.”
