Kineo’s focus on client satisfaction was recognised by the e-learning industry this week when it was awarded ‘Elearning Company of the Year’ at the prestigious Elearning Age Awards in London.
The Elearning Age awards, now in their fifth year, recognise excellence in the elearning industry, with some categories having over 27 entries. The awards were announced at a gala dinner in London on November 6th.
In the key category of Elearning Company of the Year, Kineo was chosen as the winner by a panel of judges, comprising experts in the industry. The judges commented:
'Kineo employs a fresh approach and has an unrelenting focus on customer development and customer satisfaction. The judges noted outstanding customer feedback.'
Kineo also won a silver award for its rapid elearning work with Cable & Wireless, an example of its focus on customer satisfaction in action. See Mike, Cable & Wireless and Steve, Kineo Managing Partner, opposite with the award.
Steve Rayson, Kineo Managing Partner, says, “We are very flattered to win this award and be named ‘Elearning Company of the Year’ by a panel of industry experts. This is a great tribute to the work and dedication of the staff in all of the Kineo offices.”
“Since we started we have focused on delivering outstanding service to our clients through a rapid approach to design and development. We are committed to supporting our clients and ensuring we do whatever we can to make their projects a success. We also recognise that successful projects are team projects and would like to pay tribute to our clients. They are the ones who ultimately ensure that elearning delivers real business benefits in their organisations.”
