Kineo Pacific’s Australian Office Celebrates First Birthday and Expands Team

Global elearning services company Kineo Pacific celebrated the 1 year anniversary of the Australian office opening in Melbourne, and welcomes 2 new members to their expanding team.

Kineo Pacific is proud to bring on board Souraya Khoury as the Australian Elearning Solutions Manager and Ira Felinski, Learning Technologies Consultant to the Melbourne office. Both individuals bring extensive experience and knowledge of the Australian Elearning industry to the team.

With a passion for participant-centred learning, a background in cognitive psychology and over 10 years of experience, Souraya Khoury has worked in all facets of L&D including facilitation, instructional design and solution architecture. As the Elearning Solutions Manager, Souraya will use her proven track record and specialist expertise to collaborate with clients in applying the best approach and solutions through each stage of the development process to truly elevate custom elearning programs to a whole new level.

Ira Felinski is another heavy hitter added to the Melbourne team. Coming to Kineo with over 7 years of experience in the elearning industry, Ira has most recently worked with the Victoria Police on their elearning initiative. Ira was responsible for developing and implementing the state-wide Victoria Police Learning Hub to over 15,000 staff annually. This project saw Ira head up Australia’s first ever implementation of Totara LMS and it is one of the largest deployments in the country. His role with Kineo Pacific will be to lead Totara LMS implementations and on-going support for the growing list of Australian clients.

With their rapid success, Kineo Pacific will continue to expand within the following months. The team is proud to celebrate its Australian office’s 1st birthday, as well as welcoming the new additions to the team; Ira Felinski and Souraya Khoury, who will be key members in Kineo Pacific’s continued success in Australia.
