BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life): Award-winning blended learning program in education Kineo was privileged to partner with BELL, a leading organization providing after-school tutoring to elementary school children living in low-income, urban communities in the US. The project aim was to design and develop a comprehensive blended learning program which enabled BELL to expand into new regions without a corresponding increase in training team size, and deliver training cost-effectively. The program has been awarded The Training in Action ‘Blended Learning and Performance Project of the Year’ by Training Magazine in the US. The International Telecommunications Union is working closely with its partners to achieve a climate neutral ICT industry. As part of its work ITU wanted to develop a short e-learning module on climate change.
