E-Learning in 2012

What will e-learning look like in 2012? Well, the future is already here - informally. Mark Harrison brings back a message from the future in this Breeze presentation.

Kineo’s Mark Harrison recently presented his vision of e-learning in 2012 to a rapt audience at an e-learning network event. Guess what? The future is already here. Mark points out that back in 2000, nearly all of the technologies and breakthroughs that are core to e-learning today were already available. The trick is, can you find them? Will you make it into the ‘informal learning wonderland’ or be stuck in a hall of mirrors?

Mark's insights are available as a Macromedia Breeze presentation, approximately 16 minutes in duration but it will load pretty quickly so you won't need to wait around for it. And you don't need to look at it all in one go, as Breeze has a skip forward and back option in its standard navigation, so you don't have listen to every screen. Just go back and forward to the bits that take your fancy even if the audio is playing. Ideal if you want a second view.
