Rapid e-learning support

For a global corporation, Kineo provided assistance to help internal subject matter experts undertake rapid e-learning authoring. We designed a self-service intranet site including guidelines and tools for the end-to-end design and development of content. To help maintain quality standards, Kineo also provided a rapid e-learning doctor service which ensures content built by in-house experts meets the central e-learning team’s standards.

Performance portal design and development

For a major public sector department Kineo built a performance portal which is designed to engage chief executive level. It uses a variety of communications channels, including audio interviews and interactive forums to consult on public policy and pursue dialogue and networking in completely new ways.

For a global corporation we have reviewed the learning strategy on a costly area of training and devised a new blended approach which will make significant annual savings. Kineo also designed and scripted the e-learning component of the training which will replace the previous solution and help assure annual re-certification.

Capability building and learning design

For a major UK corporation we helped build the design skills of the internal team on a new e-learning package. Kineo also helped with rapid scripting and storyboarding on crucial  programme update.

For a leading UK membership association we've developed a community portal. Kineo's work included design and implementation strategy to engage memberships in new ways of communicating, including audio and dicussion forums.

E-learning procurement support

Kineo provided help for a major UK company who was choosing a supplier to develop a series of e-learning modules. We helped them with the initial design concepts, selecting the shortlist, writing the request for proposal (RFP) and advising on the selection panel.

Major e-learning roll-out

For a large UK voluntary sector organisation, Kineo provided a programme and a fully hosted learning management solution to deliver training in new legislation to over 10,000 staff all at very low cost.

Audio learning design and capability building

For a market leader Kineo helped develop audio podcasts as part of an initiative for communications and learning updates. Our work included training the team to become self-sufficient in the development of future podcasts, and audio learning.
