Induction E-Learning

Staff induction (also referred to as staff on-boarding or new hire orientation) is a major investment for organisations. Using e-learning can help accelerate delivery including pre-arrival opportunities. It can also provide an engaging and exploratory experience for new joiners which is available throughout their first weeks and months to provide them with support.

In addition to developing interactive e-learning, we also develop a core set of branded materials for use across all induction activities, from presentations, websites, workbooks, and performance support tools.

Pre-arrival

Motivation to learn can be very high before an employee starts a new job. At Kineo, we can deliver new hire training online, securely hosted on the internet, allowing new joiners to engage in learning before they start.

After they accept a job, the new employee can immediately be given access to a password-protected induction website and start the induction process prior to their first day of work.
