Induction E-Learning

Staff induction (also referred to as staff on-boarding or new hire orientation) is a major investment for organisations. Using e-learning can help accelerate delivery including pre-arrival opportunities. Pre-arrival

Motivation to learn can be very high before an employee starts a new job. At Kineo, we can deliver new hire training online, securely hosted on the internet, allowing new joiners to engage in learning before they start.

After they accept a job, the new employee can immediately be given access to a password-protected induction website and start the induction process prior to their first day of work.
