May 31st 2009. Mark Harrison, Kineo partner, will be exploring the procedural, cultural and communications challenges faced when developing e-learning at an ASTD international conference on June 3^rd.

Mark is part of a panel invited to discuss these issues and the challenges of offshoring content production at the ASTD event.

Mark commented: “At Kineo we stress the importance of local design and scripting; and recognize the difficulties of offshoring these elements of content development. There are also significant challenges in communication which have to be addressed pro-actively. Project management can be complex across time zones and is frequently poorly managed.”
