ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

ISO 9001:2015 is the global standard for quality management systems.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including quality in customer experience, a management team focused on quality, systems and approaches that ensure quality is embedded at all levels.

Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.

ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management

ISO 14001:2004 provides a framework for a holistic, strategic approach to an organisation's environmental policy, plans and actions.

The system means we:

  • Identify and control the environmental impact of our activities, products and services
  • continually improve our environmental performance
  • implement a systematic approach to setting environmental objectives and targets, to achieving these and to demonstrating that they have been achieved

Learning and Performance Institute Accredited

The accreditation focuses on both the deployment of technology for learning and the way in which it is positioned within an increasingly challenging market. The LPI awards only outstanding examples of leading edge providers that take an innovative approach to the challenges of their clients.
