Kineo's  Age Equality 2006 e-learning programme has been enthusiastically received by everyone who has seen it, with customers including The Home Office, ntl, BT, BUPA and Citizens Advice. Our customers have been asking if other aspects of diversity could be addressed in the same way. Today,  Kineo is pleased to announce the release of a new e-learning programme on Diversity.

We have taken the engaging case study approach and eye-catching look of our highly successful Age Equality 2006 e-learning and extended it to cover the whole Diversity spectrum. Our one hour package covers all the key elements of Equality at Work legislation (including the Age regulations that come into force in October) and interweaves key messages onthe importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

It has sections for both employees and managers and comes with a question bank to allow you to track how much your learners know about their rights and responsibilities in this area.

It also includes a toolkit to help you provide a blended solution around the e-learning with guides for managers and template slides for face-to-face events you may run around the e-learning package.
