We’re looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done Project Coordinator to work with our content (elearning) team in Sheffield.
You’ll provide administrative and other support to project managers and project teams – including graphics artists, learning designers, solutions consultants, technical consultants – and our clients. As well as ensuring the budgets and schedules are accurately maintained, you’ll also manage the workflow of tasks between the members of the team; ensure all key stages of the project are properly documented; organise the logistics of photo shoots, audio recordings, and translations; and generally ensure good housekeeping and compliance with our ISO quality standards.
You’ll need to be a great communicator, well organised, and able to juggle many balls at one time. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working on media or technology-based projects, or even elearning. We’re offering a permanent role with an exceptionally generous benefits package.

As an Elearning Developer you will be responsible for developing content using off the shelf elearning authoring tools, as well as our Flash and HTML (Adapt Learning Open Source) frameworks, all while combining graphics and other required multi-media to deliver to our clients digital learning requirements.
You will have experience:
- In development using authoring tools and working with LMS/CMS (e.g. Storyline, Captivate, Flash, HTML, Totara, Moodle) and their capabilities
- Working in XML and JSON
- Working with version control systems (ideally SVN or Git)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Flash to make basic edits to images and Flash files Ideally, you will also have previous elearning development experience, as well as some working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

The Solutions Consultant role is the key to City & Guilds Kineo’s successful relationships with clients, because our client relationships start with you.
You’ll be the person who goes to see our existing and prospective clients, to understand their challenges and goals. You’ll put the ideas together for how we can partner to meet those challenges and then you’ll present the proposed solution to win the opportunity to make it our next new project. You’ll work with our production teams to ensure they’re involved during the process – and you’ll stay involved to ensure successful delivery to our client’s objectives.
It’s a sales role - you will have a target, and you’ll be well rewarded for achieving it and going beyond it. But we don’t want just ‘traditional salespeople’. We want people who are passionate about learning and technology, and who ideally have first-hand experience of designing, developing, managing and implementing solutions.
You’ll be great at communicating, both in proposals and pitches, and at tradeshows and marketing events. Ideally you will know the elearning and/or the LMS industry well, and will build relationships within it. You’ll be competitive and be thrilled by winning new opportunities to work with our clients. You’ll be great at building relationships with clients and making them feel loved.
