Kineo Pacific projects win LearnX Awards
Kineo Pacific's clients have been recognised by the L&D industry in 2015, for their innovative bespoke learning projects across Australia and New Zealand, taking home four coveted LearnX Awards.
The Platinum Award for Best Bespoke Elearning was awarded to the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority for their Level 1 Anti-Doping course. Designed and developed by Kineo Pacific in collaboration with ASADA's project team, ASADA's 20,000+ registered users were the focus of this project, and their demand for accessible learning. The result is ASADA's first multi-device elearning programme built on the Adapt Framework, allowing end-users the freedom to access their learning online, and on any device.
Alongside the Anti-Doping Level 1 course, ASADA's customised Totara LMS implementation was awarded Gold for Best Deployment of a Hosted LMS, signifying the importance of an integrated learning management system in the delivery and hosting of elearning courses. To meet the same multi-device standards of the Anti-Doping Level 1 bespoke elearning course, Kineo Pacific ensured that the ASADA LMS was designed with responsive theming to ensure seamless multi-device accessibility across the organisation's LMS to elearning programmes.
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia was also awarded Platinum for Best Online Elearning, and taking in a second Gold Award for Best Compliance Elearning. Wanting to give greater mobile access to their global employees, Commonwealth Bank of Australia worked with Kineo Pacific, to develop a bespoke compliance elearning course built on the Adapt Framework. The CBA Risk Essentials course was tailored into a powerful narrative and engaging scenarios to put the learner at the heart of the journey. This programme was CBA's first truly responsive elearning course that the organisation has ever implemented into their learning strategy.
